Look at the Heat Sheet for the meet, which will be in a basket at each swimmer's tent and also emailed as a PDF before each meet, to see what your swimmer will do that meet. This info also available in the SwimTopia app.
Use a SHARPIE marker!!! That way it won't come off during the meet. Remove with rubbing alcohol or sunblock the next day.
